Why would you want to waste taxpayer money doing this? Yes, once the Dems take office in January, there will be enough votes in the U.S. House for impeachment, but to impeach a President (or any federal officer) is only to bring charges against them. It is like an indictment in criminal court. It does not remove the President from office. They then stand trial in the U.S. Senate, where a 2/3 majority is needed to convict and remove him from office. The Dems do not have the votes needed for that.

I will be writing my newly elected Congressman and telling him NOT to pursue impeachment against Bush because the money can be used elsewhere (like healthcare).

Only Congressmen can impeach the President. Are you saying that I should run for Congress? Okay.

hes done nothing wrong . if you think is all about the war you're wrong i served 2 tours in Iraq i believe if we weren't over there we would have terrorist.here in the USA blowing up anything they can trust me on this if we pull out of Iraq with out trying to finish what we started. the Muslims well see that and just storm our country with mass suicide bombs and the democrats will blame it all on bush.

No. Why should I want to impeach someone who has committed no impeachable offense?
