How do you think true happiness is achieved?

I am noticing people are saying there is not a such thingas true happiness why can't you be truly happy. just like you can be truly be sad you can truly be happy.

well even atheist are not all happy,so that can't be true. I think you must trust yourself.

who says u dont achieve true happiness on a daily schedule through your average life? the simple things...if u mean true happiness as in eternal happiness or perpetual happiness i believe thats called insanity...

True happiness comes from within. Once it is realized that everything is nothing and nothing is everything, then u will be in tune with that universe and in a state of perfect peace

Not sure if 'true hapiness' exists but I think if you live a good life with good friends & family it is a great start.

I don't know. I'm not afraid of death (been through the whole "tunnel" thing) but I'm not terribly happy.

"True happiness" might not exist but if you completely understand yourself and have people (friends/family) you love theres no reason why you wouldnt be happy
