Little Miss Sunshine, the most sweet and emotional movie I have ever seen .. not to mention cleverly funny!
Although on a lighter side I liked Pirates 2 (exept the ending), Borat (its new .. but funny) and actually Mission impossible 3 was quite entertaining even though I dont like Tom Cruise...

Prestige was really good...I can't really remember all the movies of 2006 I'm sure there are other really good ones.

The new BOND, JAMES BOND all the way BB. It has grossed over more money than every one of the 23 bonds all together. ( I have seen all of them to date.) It is the single best movie of 2006.

I really liked... Da Vinci Code.. Even though it's like not a "new" movie it is really cool because you see things you never really knew about. And they make it so you can put the clues all together and then understand the movie. So ya I really liked it it's one of my favorite.
