No as they are not nutritious enough. You could try a soy formula if you wanted.
At 10 months your baby is probably eating food, are you sure that isn't causing the problem? However if your baby is happy and gaining weight what you have is a laundry problem not a medical one.

No, you can't. Rice milk and soy milk are not replacements for formula. They do not contain the balanced nutrition (or fats) that your baby needs to develop physically and mentally. In addition to appropriate table foods, your little one needs 21-24 ounces of formula daily.
Please call your pediatrician before making this change in your baby's diet.

Rice milk and soy milk do not contain all the nutrition that a baby needs. If you think that your baby's spitting up is a problem, talk to your pediatrician.

Yeah but chances are you will cause him to throw up for a few days and have the runs and alot of stomach cramping just to find out the new formula causes him to spit up too.

NO!!! bad idea. Try another formula, burp him, talk to your doctor about it but don't take him off the formula yet. He needs nutrients only breast milk/formula can provide.

yes just as long as your feel safe with it and if your still a little iffy about it contact your babys MD for further questions because some babys are allergic to odd things and you might not want to find out what those things are at such a young age of the baby.
