Metaphorically perhaps but not in the true seance of the word, as a VAMPIRE drinks raw blood, usually obtained from the neck of a Victim, who he then converts into his own "undead" kind, roaming the ages, eternally, never to expire yet never to truly live. So no I ha vent done that lately, you?
