Can I attend but not take a class. I work 40 hours a week as a Electrian. On mondays I take a 4 hour class every week, but its for my job company. I want to run Track and Field still while still taking my class and working

Technically, yes. A lot of these dumbass jocks get signed to a college and never attend a single class. But I suppose if they're on the training field, then they are attending.
