Absolutely not!!! The shell could break into small, sharp pieces and one could cut your throat!!! The spices in the meat might give you heartburn!!! Since u are lactose intolerant, the cheese will make you very sick!!! You could choke on a piece of tomato!!! A bit of lettuce could get stuck in your teeth, causing people to laugh at you all day, then when you get home, you will realize why people were laughing at you and you might get so upset that you commit suicide!!!
