I've been trying to conceive for a couple of months now and I was felt so sure I would be pregnant the last time I tryed. I'm waiting for my period to come and have been getting period pain (Back ache- some cramps ect.

But can you still have period pain and not get a period and be pregnant in the first month of pregnancy?? (If that makes sense)

I am going through the EXACT same thing you are going through right now. I took 2 pregnancy tets and both came out negative. I got lots of cramping in my first month of pregnancy with my 2nd daughter. I also had a lot of cramping with my last pregnancy which turned out to be a miscarriage. My suggestion, take a test or go to the drs. Good Luck!
