My boy friend and i dont make a great coulple he always tell me he loves me but he's a total slob his locker is so nasty he is always spitting and he so cute and every one likes him and girls are always giving him money which he gives to me but i think he is cheating on me with someone eles he is always doing such sweet things and sometimes i go home and cry cause i think he's cheating on me and once i caught him cheating on me but that didn't brake my relationship i'm 15 and he's 16 what do i do

Don't receive anymore money from him. Don't take any gifts from him. Concentrate on your education. Live life as a 15 year old and not as a 30 year old want-to-be.
As long as you accept money and gifts from him you are committing the worse sin. For you are using him as he uses girls to get money to give to you.
This all comes down to how much you respect yourself. Do you think enough of yourself to not allow the immaturity of a person to control how you feel? Are you confident enough about who you are to make decisions about what you do by what you think in your heart rather than by what someone else does or does not do?
You are 15 and life only gets more complicated the older you get. Use this time in your life to prepare yourself for success in your adult years. Education is so important. Stay focused on what is productive and not on silly whims of silly boys.

If you've caught him cheating once and you have lingering feelings like he is currently cheating - end it. Even if he's no longer cheating, you obviously can't trust him. Why stay in a relationship where you're not completely satisfied. Is being able to call him your boyfriend really worth all the wondering? Maybe if you end it with him you could find someone that you wouldn't have to wonder about. There is a way to end it without becoming enemies though. Be mature about it and try to stay friends. But once you dump him you can't get mad at him for dating someone else. Even if it starts the same day. Once you dump him - you have no rights.
So, either forget the past cheating and don't harp on it or cry over it unless you actually find him cheating again.
Or, break up with him and get on with your life. You still have a lot left to live.
If you are going to stay with him though - don't sit around worrying and crying about him possibly cheating on you. Why ruin the relationship you chose to have with "what ifs". If you catch him doing anything inappropriate again - leave and don't look back. Everyone deserves a second chance and you two are young but if he does it again - he's not worth a third chance.

In my opinion you guys have a weird relationship, for real, I mean, you dont like him to be so nasty, but you're still with him, MOSTLY because everybody else likes him and he gives you money that other girls had previously given to him, please, what's that girl? Besides, with all those details, if you even suspect that he's cheating on you, no worst, you CAUGHT him cheating on you!!! What's the matter with you? Is he Brad pitt's clone or something? Dump him fast, and give yourself a little respect, for real.
Forgive me if I was too rude, but a guys like that dont deserve us to suffer for them.

Just to begin with you are too young to have these kinds of problems. Why not just have fun and be fifteen while you can. Break up with your boyfriend tactfully. If he is cheating he won't really care anyway.

Just tell him that you think you are not compatible for the future and you'd like to move on...and by what you know, he would too. "Let's split. We can remain friends"

if you want to end it, just tell him so. tell him it isn't working for you and you want to end it. if he tries to talk you out of it, or says he'll change, tell him it isn't about him, it's you and you feel you cannot stay in the relationship. repeat this as many timesas necessary.
