i missed this episode what happened and what did it mean?

What it means is still up in the air but i can tell you this. Sylar has more han one power in his arsenal. He seems to have super strength, telekenisis, and a laser in ione finger. Who knows what else he has but he took that fall and got back up. I think he is stealing powers and if he had stolen Claire's power he would have become immortal so there would be no defeating him. When the eclipse comes all of these powers will become stronger as future Hiro demonstrates. These guys will change.

Here is what you missed:

It starts with the focus on Claire who is suddenly picked by all the nerds of her school to be Homecoming Queen.

Meanwhile Nathan destroys the painting he received from Linderman. It shows something he thinks will get Peter killed.

Over in India Mohinder has begun looking for the boy he sees in his dreams. he is sure the boy can lead him to what it is that he must do.

Claire gets smart mouthed by her fellow cheerleader who calls her friend gay and so she hits the other cheerleader in the eye.

Over at nathan's Peter sees the painting which Nathan covered in paint. His girlfriend however has a copy of the painting on a photo and it shows Peter seemingly dead at 8:12PM aat th Homecoming. The inmportant thing to Peter is it tells him when and where he has to go.

Mohinder finds the boy in the streets and asks him what he is to do but the boy told him he already knows what he should do. Mohinder has to choose which way he will go, to work or to New York.

Peter calls Hiro only to get his friend who is waiting for him. He tells the they have to get to Odessa. The friend says he is in Texas outside of Odessa. Peter says he will fly out there to meet with the.

Claire's father talks to Eden about getting Isaac to paint more paintings. His newest one only shows the top of a person's brain after the skull has been opened. He wants Eden to force Isaac to paint some more. He shows her what will happen to Claire if she doesn't.

DL is having trouble keeping up with Micah who wants to go home to Nikki.

Jessica is buying a high powered rifle to kill DL.

Mohinder is dreaming again and it is telling him that his father wanted to find all these people and that he used the boy to find heroes. He also found out that his father did everything he could to keep the boy out of the search.

Claire goes home and is grounded from the game for punching out the cheerleader.

Mohinder decides not to erase the file on the heroes and it asks him for a password. He tries a few names including Sylar, and then he tyoes in his sister's name Shari and the file opens up and lists all the heroes and where they live.

Chaire's friend helps her escape her grounding and take her to the game.

Peter meets up with Hiro's friend but Hiro is not back so Peter must go to the game alone.

At the game he bumps into Claire but he thinks the cheerleader she knocked out is the cheerleader he must save. She doesn't tell him otherwise.

Claire's father finds out that she is gone and gets to the stadium. Eden and the Haitian haed there as well to find Sylar.

Sylar finds Claire's friend and with his finger lazers off her skull caps. He knocks Claire to the side busting her up pretty bad but she recovers and screams as her friend tells her to run. She runs and runs into Peter who tells her to run . He tries to hold off Sylar but is no match so he runs too. He tells her to go find a cop and people. He then locks up with Sylar and both fall off the roof.

Back at the cafe Hiro's friend has realized that Hiro went back 6 months to Charlie's birthday. He finally sees that in a photo on the wall. He also learns Hiro has been missing for two weeks now.

DL talks with Micah and learns that Jessica is definitely on her way and that she is not Nikki.

Peter wakes up and starts healing himself as Claire finds him. She is impressed. He is wondering if he has saved the world or not. She doesn't know. He tells her she should find some police. Instead she finds her father. He tells her Peter will be fine.

In the woods, Sylar is trying to escape when he meets up with Eden and the Haitian. Claire controls his mind a little and the Haitian helps her control it all the way. Sylar passes out from their combined powers.

Peter is arrested by the police being as he is covered in blood and has no reason to be there.

Meanwhile Jessica has DL in her sights as she tries to kill him and get Micah back.

Six months earlier, Hiro arrives at Charlie's birthday.

Apparently the Cheerleader is very important. The Brother of the flying Politician found the School yet focussed on the wrong Cheerleader. You might remember the bitchy one who claimed credit for the fire rescue in the first episode.
Well She ends up killed by Sylar instead of Claire who is eventually saved when the brother fights with Sylar. They fall from the roof of the School while Claire escapes.
The brother is presumed dead yet when Claire returns to help him once Sylar is gone her presence allows the brother to assimilate her powers of regeneration and heals himself.
Hiro is still in the past trying to save the waitress who Sylar had killed in the present before going to the school. Got it?

Everyone in the show is so worried about the high school cheerleader. I think her name is Claire? I say "think", because I don't pay attention to ANY of their names, which makes it hard for me to ID them! She's the one who can instantly heal herself & the way the story is going, her Dad & the artist think she will die & then she won't be able to complete her worldly duties (which are yet to be known to the audience). Personally, I think the story will take a twist & we just might find out that someone else actually IS a cheerleader & that everyone is worrying about the wrong girl! I think the Mother of the little boy will somehow become the center of attention by helping her child, because he will be of great importance to the future of world. It will fun to see what transpires! I pay more attention to the background than the actors names! :o)

Having not ever watched the show, but hearing about it nearly every day,,, Even I know,,,,,,,,,,, That was a CLUE as to the major,,,immediate premise of the show plot.

Whoever the "Cheerleader" is,,, and the "SAVER",,, SHE is the key to the entire idea that anyone who does watch it,,,will remain a fan.
