im gonna say a spammer because it could tell u to buy something and it would make your computer slow to with viruses.
I think a telemarker is not really worse because u can always change your number to be unlisted and they won't call u back.

A spammer is worst. You can't really do anything about them. You can't stop them because they will just get another email or another forum account.
Telemarketers are awesome!!! You can toy with them, trying to sell them the same thing they are trying to sell you. After a while the telemarketing companies all get the idea, they no longer call you. It works much better than a No Call list:) Have fun with them;)

Telemarketers are way worse because they interrupt you in the middle of whatever you're doing.

Both, are evil and should roast in hell!!! Just kidding, they are time thieves, both interrupt what you are doing. If I had to choose, telemarketer because you phone rings, and the noise is actually more of an interruption than having your screen covered with crap. tough question, hard to answer.
