I'm not so sure of diet pills. The best way to lose weight with any kind of metabolism is a healthy diet and exercise.

There is no diet pill that works, sure it may work for a week or so, but you can't live on diet pills , they mess up your metabolism . They will in the long run slow it down, and some diet pills can cause a heartattack at any age. There is no quick fix for loosing weight.. it didn't go on over night and it won't come off over night either. I've been working at it for the last 3 months and have lost 25lbs.
I'm using my husbands ID... I would say the best thing is portion control, eat lots of veggies and fruits and excersice. I have personally also found that carbs from bread and pasta keep the lbs. on.. I have switched to rice based pasta's and limited my bread intake to twice a week. 8 glass of water a day too...
