No he was a comedian so they always keep joking regardless of the situation. Plus he use to be on drugs really heavy so he might of been high on that concert

I haven't seen that exact show, but I know that often he (and other comedians) talk about trading sexual favors for drugs. Crack addicts will do anything for a rock - I'm fairly sure he was talking about his addiction(s).
