Help me choose MP3 Player?

My MP3 Player goal is below:

30 GB or more.

Has "Line in"

Can receive and record radio program at the same time,like stero.

Has mic(rophone) to record outside sound resource.

Play video (vcd or DVD)

I would appreciate if you give me the BRAND ,MODEL.
