Most lizards don't eat every day; bluebellies are small, so try feeding it every other day, and see if it eats. If it doesn't eat on the second day, try again on the third. Lizards may eat more in the summer than in the winter, so be aware of this.
Reptiles need a temperature gradient in the cage. This means part of the cage should be heated and part of it not heated, so the lizard can move around to regulate its temperature. You can heat part of the cage with an incandescent bulb, or a heating pad, or they sell heating devices in the pet store for lizards. Don't forget to put in some water too. If you live in the same climate where the lizard was caught, you don't have to heat it at night, since it is used to the night temperatures. In the wild, lizards warm up in the sun and cool off in the shade.
Bluebellies like to eat live crickets and mealworms, both of which you can buy at the pet store.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

feed him as often as he will eat. if he will eat every day, then feed him every day. Reptiles don't get overweight like mammals do, they will stop eating when they are full.
