puberty, hormonal changes cause girl's hips to widen and breasts to grow which is normal.

nope. The bone structure in your hips doesn't get wider after having sex, either the first time or routinely. They do widen during puberty and pregnancy, however, and certain hormones that are secreted during ovulation and menstruation may cause you to retain water and bloat slightly.

Well its quite natural to have wide hipo after sex...Its because of the extra sex hormones your body is gona produce after sex. The wider the hip the better the sexual appeal is. So dont worry it..

it is true that the pelvic bones will spread out a little with pregnancy to give more room for delivery

Sure do! It takes about 9 months to really notice the difference though...LOL
I don't think that's true at all. The only thing you might notice is that your butt muscles get a workout.
