I haven't seen many so i was curious if they were not allowed by some teams.

I am a cheerleader. No, cheerleaders are not allowed to wear jewelry. This is because if they were to go into a stunt, it could get caught and they could be hurt. I personally think this is kind of dumb, but hey, rules are rules.

it depends on where you're cheering...most teams do not allow jewelry unless the whole squad has it

it depends probaly not because everyone is supposed to look uniform so if one person has it and someone else doesnt it would look tacky
