The divisor is 2x+5 and consists of two terms: 2x and 5
The dividend is 4x^3 + 8x^2 -11x -19
Divide the first term of the divisor into the 1st term the dividend:
This gives 4x^3/2x = 2x^2. This will be the first term of the quotient
Now multiply this term times the complete divisor to get:
4x^3 + 10x^2
Now subtract this from the first 2 terms of the dividend to get :
-2x^2 and bring down the -11x to get -2x^2 - 11x
Now divide -2x^2 by 2x to get -x. This is the second term of the quotient.
Now multiply -x times complet divisor to get:
-2x^2 -5x. Now subtract this from -2x^2-11x to get:
-6x -19 (after you bring down the -19)
Now divide -6x by 2x to get -3 this is the last term in the quotient
Now multiply -3 (2x+5) to get -6x-15
Subtract this from -6x-19 to get 4. This is the remainder.
So the answer is 2x^2-x-3 + 4/(2x+5)

Traditions are denominations which in my opinion equivalent faith. (8x^2+4x^3-19-11x) / (2x+5)

2x + 5 ) 4x^3 + 8x^2 - 11x - 16 ( 2x^2
............ 4x^3 + 10x^2 .. ↓
............ ---------------------
....................... -2x^2 - 11x ....... ( -x
....................... -2x^2 - 5x ..... ↓
....................... ---------------------
...................... ........... -6x - 16 .. ( -3
...................... ........... -6x - 15
...................... ........... ----------
...................... .....................-1

So 4x^3 + 8x^2 - 11x - 16 = (2x + 5)(2x^2 - x - 3) + 1
