Dear Rusty,
I know you probably get a lot of messages asking you to read stuff on your show, but I BEG you to read this...... I would like you to tell America exactly what they did to their soldiers on Tuesday, and what WE think about our countrymen right now.
"I hope you are satisfied with what you have done...
Today in the mess hall, where there is usually jovial conversation, there was silence, long faces, and broken spirits... Everyone, to include all American soldiers, marines, sailors, airmen, Iraqi Nationals, Bulgarian Soldiers, etc, etc... was speechless, tired, demoralized and stunned.... all ate in erie silence.....
Last night, while we watched the press conference with the President, there was utter discust, and the common feeling amongst us all that we soldiers are now the loneliest people on Earth.... we fight an enemy over here, and we have a country full of enemies to go home to that are our countrymen. We watched President Bush say his own political funeral, our commander and chief.. as well as ours..... He tried so hard to spin it, but... well.. there is no way to soften such a morale blow.
While you sit and Monday morning quarterback what we work so hard to do for you out here, just know that the spirit of your team is wounded..... YOU liberals, you America have done a great job of demoralizing us... Thank you.
Do us a favor though, when we do come home, spare us the ceremony....... We all now know that it is a bunch of crap, and what you think of us.......
I have to say that right now, I would rather be a pussy *** Frenchman, even though they have no will to fight, at least they have the balls to make a decision and stick with it...... They stuck to thier guns about staying out of this war, even if it was the wrong decision......America on the other hand, goes off half ******, and when the decision appears to be a hard one, or something that might cost a little bit, they turn tail and run.....

This week I am NOT proud to say that I am an American..........I think it is obvious why... See, we just have told the world that we are not a nation of people who are tough, and will fight for what we believe in... We have told the world that we are a giant coward that will shy away from any difficult challenge...
So, while you eat your cheetos, and sit there and watch your lazy *** get fatter, dumber and happier Joe Citizen.. Just remember this, I, and all my commrades payed a dear price to come this far and have you decide that we should fail...
Realize this, because of your action this week America.... do not expect so many men to be so willing to stand up for your next little whim just to be cut down in the middle of it all............
Realize this also.. you have just put a heavy price on the heads of us all...... Now that we are branded as cowards, we are an easy target, oh so inviting for the taking....... I swore to protect your children in your beds.... yet you fling the door wide open inspite of me to invite the scourge.... Well.... have it your way then.
Because of this, September 11th will soon be overshadowed by these same enemies.. my advice to you is get your lazy, self centered *** up and make peace with your God, and your family.. cause, time will come when they may not be there for you................Because you kicked me in the teeth, and so many others, I know I won't any more.. "

The Republican Party held unchecked power for six years - and held the house and the senate for most of the last 12. Anyone who questioned the wisodm of this misadventure was labeled a coward or a traitor (usualy by chicken-hawks with radio or TV mikes in front of them)
Bush bleated "Stay the Course Stay the Course" until the day after the mid-terms - despite 2700 dead. The same day he finally fired Rumsfeld despite stating he would not do so.
Yet somehow we are supposed to believe the Democrats are responsible for this disaster?
When is the party of personal responsibility going to accept some?
I am a vet, and I never supported the Iraq War. If I did support the war I would be back in either the Army of the Air Force and not hiding out in suburbia letting someone else fight while exploiting the sentiments of a soldier who has been royally hosed by the government he serves to pump up ratings for my radio show.

Nothing new here. Anytime the US is involved with a military action, the enemy has no chance to win unless they play the Vietnam card - keep causing chaos until the electorate loses faith. Get some Hollywood idiots on your side and win by losing every firefight. That way some other pariahs can be encouraged to do the same. We'll never learn.

What a great letter! And right on the mark. The same thing happened with Vietnam. We cant loose a war on the battlefield only at home and the liberal dip-shits do a good job of weakening our country. Whats bad is they are so delusional they actually think they are the ones who know what to do! Once upon a time this country would have stood firm together to defeat a enemy,but the interpretation of rights makes them think they can bash and demoralize our country and our hero's whom give them the right to spew there ignorance. As we move forward in time to make this country strong and powerful for Freedom,they go backwards in time to the old state of mind we founded this country to get away from. Today's liberals and far left democrats are becoming the repressed Pilgrims there forefathers were . Next they will say we need to become British and English again and ad-hear to the ways of the old church..Wish there was a pill to give them to snap them out of it! But with the way they think about issues they will hopefully soon breed themselves out of existence with abortion on demand, conservatism is the belief in life where the liberal is the right to choose to end it. Good job libs with your belief you will soon let your stance make you extinct will liberals doing the aborting..

Yes, I agree 100% with the soldier's comments above.. I also believe that Democrats have ruined us. Not only in the war in Iraq, but also in homeland Security. But apparently most Americans are Blind and Deaf... Because some how the Dem's. offered absolutely no plan to help win the war, But on the contrary they said cut and run. No wait... A week or 2 before the election they said they wouldn't cut and run .... So these deaf and blind Americans elect them. And Surprise !!!!! Now they say cut and Run in 4 to 6 weeks. And as soon as we withdraw from the war without winning it you better pull up your pants and put on your chastity belt because those ISLAM-O- FASCIST are on their way here to move the front line of the war from Iraq to New York or where ever.... 9/11 will look meek in comparison to devastation that will occur after we hand Iraq to them.... For crying out loud the Terrorist made a press release that they wanted the Democrats to take over the White house, Senate,and House..... That alone should have told Americans something.... Obviously that they think the Dem's would hand over Iraq on a silver platter and pave the way for Future Terrorist acts in America.

This soldier's words are very true. I just hope that he knows that SOME americans stand behind these brave men and women. I beg our nation's freedom fighters to forgive us for what we've done. They are working their a$$es off so that we have the right to vote the way we did. I would greatly understand if they don't forgive us. God save us!

Who can blame them for feeling that way, and the Demmies are already starting to prove it. Rangel wants a draft, Pelosi wants an impeached judge to run the Intelligence Committee and an ABSCAM crook to be the majority Leader, Kerry puts Servicemen down every time he opens his big mouth, and on and on. They make me sick.

The Libs do not care who they have to sacrifice to regain power. There is no lie to big for them to say about others and they do not care how many Americans give their lives, as long as they have power.
