On the show she does and in her 'music videos' she does. But in concert she doesn't and that really is her on the CD.

so a good distance as i'm conscious i think of she does lip synch as Hannah Montana yet while she's being Miley i believe she's stay... yet I dunno, final time I watched her as Hannah Montana on YouTube she substitute into lip synching and the only time I observed her stay substitute into while she substitute into on Regis and Kelly yet she wasn't too solid then... Edit: and not ALL Disney stars lip synch to a remark up somewhat... Ashley Tisdale would not

well i think on the show she does, but when i've seen her preform on various shows lately i don't think so. for the show it has to sound it's best so of course it's pre recorded, just like a music video. but when she's been on like the morning show and stuff you can hear the breathes and her voice is different from tv just slightly. she's pretty darn good for a 14 year old!

No, she doesn't. Oh, and her father is Billy Ray Cyrus, so she probably has natural talent (judging from the TV show, she does...)
