Yes, it can (and probably will) grow over the next several years. Don't worry. Do not do anything to it in an effort to make it grow (like stretching it)--you could cause damage to it. Leave it alone and you will be fine.

Your penis will continue to grow. It might grow a little or a lot, there's no way to tell. If you somehow know the penis sizes of your dad and brothers (if you have any), that will tell you about the size that your penis will be.
The average American male's penis is about 6 inches long when erect, so you're not far off. I know that men all think that bigger is better concerning penises, but some women think differently.

It will keep on growing. You are in too big a hurry. Just because you are into puberty doesn't mean you have reached your mature size in body, booty, or penis. Just wait a while longer, don't waste money on pumps and things like that to make it bigger. One day you'll have all you can handle.

Penis growth, on average, starts between the ages of about 10 to 14 years of age. The testicles enlarge first and pubic hair starts growing.
The penis grows in length first and girth slightly later. Teenagers have to wait for one or two years after they stop growing in height before they know their final penis size

I'm going to tell you a secret. I know what kind of penis women like best. It doesn't matter how long or how fat you are, women like penises attached to men who do dishes and change diapers.

it will continue to grow until you hit maybe 18 or 21..
so you are okay.. dont panic..
you'll get there..
watch.. by the time you're 15 or 16.. and measure again.. you'll be surprized..
so good luck, and with time, comes great things..
