Well, I think if you are looking for volunteer english teachers, you should go to http://www.retired.teachers.net and ask there. They have chatboards you can post to.

It would help if you said what country you are from, and gave some more information about what you are looking for...do you just want a personal tutor, or are you talking about teaching in a school? Big difference!!
