It's an insult to poor people around the world who don't have enough to eat. We, as a society with our wealth and technology, should be grateful for what we have and strive to be healthy, not emaciated (great descriptor).

Some girls are too thin, yes...they don't seem to realize that it's just as (if not more) unhealthy and unattractive as being overweight...

Our society tells us that thin is beautiful. We don't see big people in movies, on t.v. shows or in magazines. It's hard to want to be different.
