Of course, 20/20 hindsight is a wonderful thing.....comeback? Well, depends on what the remark was.....if someone is constantly catching you unawares and putting you down, rather than saying anything at all your best response would be to give them a full-body glance (head to foot) and simply ignore them, not saying anything at all. They will most likely miss the implied insult that whatever they said was not worthy of a response, but everyone else around will catch it - guaranteed!! Why stoop to their level of ignorance? Blessed be, my friend.

Defintely, there would be a whole lot of things I would do differently. To be honest actions speak louder than words and that would be my snide remark!!!

About 95% of the time. Too many to remember, but what I should have said usually always comes later.

It's not about a comeback idea since I've always had the idea, it's just that I didn't have the courage to express it. :)

You are so right. I sure do wish I could learn to think on my feet. Later, I always think what I shoulda said! Now I would say, "I don't cast my pearls before swine!" (it's loosely paraphrased scripture.)
