For me, the 80's were a time of mixed emotions. Lots of upset mixed with happiness and rebelliousness. I graduated high school then and remeber vividly what was up. Seems like yesterday. Simple Minds was the band of the late 80's. The Breakfast Club was the movie. The clothes were cool: Flaired mini skirts with ankle boots were big (Madonna style) as well as hip belts worn over baggy shirts. Flashdance style was big, too. Other bands that come to mind are The Scorpions, The Motels, Missing Persons and the "new wave" like. The 80's were pretty fun, now that hindsight is 20/20.

the 80s were the greatest! I grew up in the best time! I remember Care Bears, rubik's cube, new wave music (and the flock of seagulls haircut), the delorean car, when michael jackson was cool because of billie jean and the glove), Ronald Reagan as president, TV shows like Captian Caveman, He Man and Knight Rider. Now I can relive it just by watching vh1.

properly particularly in all hazard each and every physique shares a popularity with a character in a e book or movie so i do no longer think of it particularly is achieveable to ward off this. If it particularly is someone-friendly call that's no longer a difficulty. i'd ward off utilising a popularity which will become distinctly conventional very without postpone (i.e. Edward/Bella from Twilight) merely because of the fact maximum of alternative each and every physique is utilising the call for a similar reason. although, i assume if the call is obviously from a undeniable source one consistent with hazard could ward off it so as that the baby won't could spend something of his or her existence asserting "confident, my dad and mom named me after Hermione in Harry Potter" or "confident, my dad and mom named me after the hero Hercules" (or maybe though). My dad and mom certainly named me and all my siblings after a characters in a e book sequence, all of whom had names that fluctuate into made up by the author, so I style of expertise like I even have extra journey with this than maximum different human beings. truthfully I hated it passionately whilst i exchange into youthful and altered my call as quickly as I grew to become an person. it particularly is one factor to love a e book or piece of artwork even though it particularly is yet another to like it plenty which you will no longer see how undesirable an concept naming a real man or woman after a fictional character would be. i like numerous names from pop way of existence/literature. Shakespearean names, random television practice characters, Jane Austen names etc. i'd evaluate utilising the call Miranda (which Shakespeare made up) fairly. I named my son William variety of after characters with this call; it continuously looked as though it would me that most of the "solid men" in books and picture have been named William so I seen it as solid, sensible and, properly, solid. :)
