I've had a few extreme adrenaline rushes..
and some minor ones.
I think the biggest one would be when I got into a fist fight with my sister.
Also water skiing for the first time.
One time I got lost in the woods out back of my house when I was with my dog and I heard a shotgun coming from behind.. lets say I sprinted a half mile home really really fast and kept up with my dog the whole time. My adrenaline was definitley pumping.
The first time I went cliff jumping (into water of course).
This ride at an amusement park about 45 minutes from my house. It is a 300 ft. tower and it takes you up and you sit there for about 17-18 seconds.. then you freefall to the bottom.
