If I were to divorce my wife because she is involved in engaging in CYBER-SEX and talking filthy to a man online, can I have him pay me her ALIMONY PAYMENTS each month instead of her since he may have enticed her into this filth in the first place?

In all states alimony, maintenance or spousal support is an obligation established by law that is based on the premise that both spouses have an absolute obligation to support each other during the marriage (or civil union) unless they are legally separated, though in some instances the obligation to support may continue after separation. It has nothing to do with wife being unfaithful although an amount of alimony may depend on the cause of divorce. There were some cases that husband tried to sue a lover for the lost of wife services but no court have ever agreed with such contention.
First your wife was not forced into the relation.
Second there was problem in your marriage which either you ignored or was not aware of which was a reason for her to betray you.

well i live in the uk and my lawyer asked me if i wanted alimony when i divorced my ex hub..so presume its the same in the states..but

it all depends if you got kids...you both own the house etc.

alimony is a lot less important than the kids. and no, i never went for alimony, he never pays for the kids...i dont want hs stinking money, so plz think it through properly. if ur ex gets married the alimony will stop...who gets custody of the kids etc

but NO he wont pay you...she will. it was her choice not his..he is not liable for alimony

This guy may not know she's married. It's her own fault if the both of you get divorced. Make her pay you!

You could sue him for contributing to the end of your marriage and put a financial amount on it. It won't work in most states, but it is worth discussion with your attorney.

I really don't think you can get him at all for anything. She may not have even told him she was married. So the fault lies with her not him. She did it all free will.

the only way you are going to get him to pay you is if he marries her and he pays her bills
