I always wondered that sometimes they look fake and other times they look real what the hell?

The worms he eats are indeed real. Michael Cole claimed that The Boogey Man eats worms backstage as well.

Those worms are REAL they are called earth worms used as fish bait, As for you thinking it's cool, would you be willing to have some of them in your mouth? LOL The Bogeyman is Nasty. But these earth worms are harmless they don't bite just look gross. LOL He kills me when he spits them on people.

I'm pretty sure they r. Whenever the camera gets a close-up on them u can see them wiggling so I guess they're real.

They look like it. When he spits them out they wiggle on the mat if you look closely. Personally I think it disgusting.
