Tylenol is fine. My doctor said I could take up to 1000 mg of Tylenol. Aspirin in NOT OK though. And neither is like Ibuprofen. Congrats on being pregnant.

Regular strength Tylenol as long as you follow the dosing instructions is about the only thing you CAN take without having to call your doctor.

Call your doctor and ask, that is what he/she is there for. Or call your local ER or Urgent Care facility.
They will want to know why you are taking the Tylenol and will be concerned if there is an underlying issue causing the pain/headache that you are experiencing.

you should run it by your doctor but they say tylenol is the safest one to take if you have a headache or what not. I took it earlier in my pregnancy when i had migranes. i'm 38 weeks and the baby is fine

Yes. I am pregnant and I take it on occasion for random pains and headaches. It is the ONLY over the counter pain killer recommended during pregnancy. Do not take any anti-inflammatories or aspirin. They act as blood thinners and can cause miscarriage.

my doc gave me a list of medications i could take when i first became pregnant and tyelnol was the most reccomended...and i even called my doc 2 days ago about a pain in my side and he suggested tyelnol....in most cases it is fine...but i would say if you are high risk or have any other problems in this pregnancy that you should def. ask your doc. first...Hope this helps...sorry i could not say for sure...but it really does depend...Good Luck
