Looking for the name of a very old song?

Theres an old song and part of the lyrics are "twinkle twinkle little start how I wonder where you are". It's not the childhood song, it's a song from around the 50's or 60's.

I can't remember any more of the lyrics.. I know the tune but that really doesn't help anyone lol.

Little Star by the Elegants was a number one hit in 1958. According to Wikipedia, it was their only hit. I remember the slow first two lines but don't remember much else from the song. Here are the lyrics:
