Well, I think:
1 - Alexander the Great
2 - Cayo Julius Caesar
About the greatest warrior, it is difficult but I would say Leonidas the Spartan

IN terms of land and people occupied Adolph Hitler would have to be considered one of the greatest leaders of all time. But he was not a warrior of honor. He was an adapt leader and control of people.
In terms of land and people Alexander a Small timer.
The greatest Generals in terms of planning and action would have eot be "Robert E, Lee. or Stonewall Jackson"
people like Patton was good but he had an enemy starving for goods, troops, and beaten to contend with, while Lee and Jackson were out numbered, with nothing but their writs to fight with. Their battle stragedies are taught in the military still.

As far as amount of land conquered, Alexander would probably have to be Number One. Or Genghis Khan, or Napoleon.
Warrior? Genghis Khan, almost hands down.
But if you're looking for tactical genius in a general, I'd go with Patton.

Patton. He was a General, and he was a warrior in more than one lifetime. And told everyone so.
