What does mean"for under".I searched in the dictionary but I didn't get it according with this part:"but perhapes the most important key to its sucess is its happy,well-trainned staff. Conditions of work are excellent.There are doctors, hairdressers, and even chiropodists to look after the staff, and all the staff can have lunch for under."Can you esplain for me?Thank you very much!

Sounds like you're missing the end of the sentence. If you're using the phrase "for under" it would usually be followed by an amount. For example...."All the staff can have lunch for under thirty dollars." That would mean that all the people included in the staff will be able to eat lunch for an amount less than 30 dollars. It means 'for less than'
So if I say I can buy lunch for under $3, it means I can buy lunch for less than $3, or I can buy my lunch and pay less than $3 to do so.
For under is something that is usually used in advertisements, it is not something that people normally say to each other in conversation.

Na sua frase deve faltar um valor; por exemplo:
..can have lunch for under "10 dollars".
Under = below in degree, amount, etc.; less than: purchased under cost

...todos os funcionarios podem comer por menos de "10 dolars"
Por menos = aquilo que é menor em importância

i think youre missing a part...it probably means for under a certain amount of money. like its really cheap to have lunch there. like for example:"There are doctors, hairdressers, and even chiropodists to look after the staff, and all the staff can have lunch for under 10 dollars." in this case it means less than. hope i helped
