I think my boyfriend might be talking to this girl through Windows Live Messenger. He denies that they've been talking, but I have reason to believe he is lying. I was wondering if there was some way I could find out if he has added her e-mail address (which I know) to his contact list.

If you don't trust him, to the point that you are willing to invade his privacy by spying on him, then the relationship is already over.

No, you would have to know his password to get into his account... which you can do if you get a keylogger or something. You could also get his account hacked, but neither are nice ways to get the information.
