I am looking for heart shaped balloons ( those that can be manually blown , not those expensive kind ) and a small balloon pump, any idea where i can find them in Singapore ?

attempt the Concourse Bldg alongside coastline Rd. A packet of 100 hundred ballons(no hellium filling) commonly priced btw $20 -$28.they might no longer have Hellium filling option although. Filling each and every of the ballons with Hellium is a separate charge and could be quite severe priced. attempt the web pages lower than for ballons and hellium option. chuffed PARTYing !!!!

I bought the small ones at concourse...it come in white pink red...i used them for friend's wedding...i still have leftover...you can have them if you dont mind...can jus email me @ em.belle@yahoo.com
