office who didn't want to start wars in foreign lands and send thousands of young men/women to die for other countries' freedoms, and if we had a government who minded its own business when it comes to the private affairs of its citizens and a government who only spent the money that was collected from taxes without borrowing any.

Well, consider what a Libertarian would do in certain cases and look back to history. If we had a government that minded its own business 100% of the time we’d end up in a situation like the world saw at the dawn of World War I. And then remember, the cause of World War II was the end result of World War I.

If we had an economy run the way Libertarians would like, with no government control of anything, we would have companies like Enron controlling most of the wealth. Pretty much every government program would be privatized, such as healthcare, Medicare, unemployment, etc.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve worked for companies that would screw their employees over to save a penny. I have to appreciate the fact that the government is there to actually protect some of us from these types of companies.

Some Libertarians in moderation would be a nice change of pace, but not all of them at once!

i'm going to answer the question, and handle the stuff interior the paragraph, that's in actuality nonsense. (The form of 2d- or 0.33-technology libertarians is negligible, case in point.) To make the Libertarians circulate away, each and all of the Republicans ought to start making government smaller, and save making it smaller. do away with company welfare. end entering into wars -- or commencing them -- while the US has no longer been attacked, and isn't approximately to be attacked. Repeal unconstitutional rules and abolish unconstitutional agencies. Be what Republicans allegedly are, in different words. while vote casting Libertarian in hopes of having smaller government seems extra eye-catching than vote casting Republican does, that asserts something related to the prospect that Republicans will certainly do it.

Good question, it would be so fascinating to see had the Libertarians have as much money as the Republicans and the Democrats. As things are, it will never happened for the Libertarians to have as much due to the non-practice of corruptions by the Libertarians.

I would vote for a Libertarian. It depends on the platform though not the party. That goes for all of them.
