Launched during the first season of The Mickey Mouse Club as an 11-minute daily serial, The Adventures of Spin & Marty chronicled the exploits of working-class youngster Spin Evans (Tim Considine) and pampered rich kid Marty Markham (David Stollery) along with their pals spending the summer at the Triple R Ranch. Twenty-five episodes aired between November and December of 1955, an astonishing output executed by efficient director William Beaudine.
