I recommend making smoothies. You can even add zucchini to a fruit smoothie and never even taste it. Another things you can do is drink V8. V8 will give you at least 2 servings of fruit and vegetables. You can also make jello with fruit pieces. You'd be surprised at the yummy salads you can make. You can dress up a salad by adding roasted walnuts, pear slices, grapes and cranberries. Yumm!

are there seriously no kinds of fruits and veggies that you like? I don't like a whole lot of fruit, but I love strawberries, grapes, and clementines, so I would fill up on what you do love. The same goes with veggies, there has to be at least a few that you like.

This isn't just an issue for your pregnancy, this is about setting an example for your child. If your kid sees that Mommy hates fruits and veggies, kid probably isn't going to want to eat them either. So you should try to get in the habit now.

Try making smoothies out of fruit instead of having to eat them whole. They taste great, Fruits and vegetables are important to consume the vitamins and fiber are necessary for a healthy child.

I dont either when I was pregnant I didnt ever eat all the good foods and obey all the "rules" And I had healthy pregnancy and baby. I think as long as you dont over to the junk food and fast food you'll be fine. I didnt take my vitamins like I was supposed to either but if you are worried about the nutrition you get to your baby I would take them like you are told. Good luck and congratulations.

You must eat fruits and veggies, for the sake of your baby, if not yourself. Make smoothies, use assorted veggies in casseroles and stews, etc. Have a banana split - strawberries dipped in chocolate, whatever....

Force yourself to eat or you can try mixing something with them to taste better. Than if all else fails there are supplements you can take but talk to your doctor before you take any kind of pills. I suggest you eat the food though instead of the pills.
