The Bottom slot is commonly used for this function.

You can not link games, such as transfer Pokémon between GBA carts or Cube.

Some DS games Recognize and in some cases use the GBA data\Hardware to enhance the DS Game.

Some people can be rude, your probably thinking to buy one and your wondering for that reason, yes they can in the bottom of the system, they can play GBA games and DS games only I think, I am not sure if old GB or GBC games work on the DS.

Yeah, you just have to stick them in the slot at the bottom, then when the start screen comes on click the Game Boy Advance game at the bottom.

YES YES YES! I bought my son the DS and he plays all of his game boy advance games on it also! Thank god huh? lol id hate to think the games would be worthless and only play on one system!

some do, the newer games can play on the DS but do not play as well as they do on the GBA
