how can i change the colour of my pupils in my eyes permenantly?? how about changing my pupils to look like sharingan?

Your pupil does not have a colour. The pupil is the opening into your eye, (which is a light and image capturing device). Think of the pupil as a hole, with the cornea (lens) as the cover.

you can't change the colour of your pupils at all, you can change the colour of your irises though. your pupils are the black spot in the center if the iris
