Yes, in fact a large number of men need to wear bras, for the same reason women do. The condition is called: Gynecomastia, it is an enlargement of the male breast.
There is also a large group of men that just enjoy wearing womens undies and bras. There is nothing wrong with it. Women can enjoy sexually stimulation over most of their body, but anytime a man tries to get pleasure from anything but his penis, he is labeled as gay.

Of course they can. Actually knew a guy who was very overweight and needed to wear a bra.
And I've also know transvestite men who wore both panties and a bra.
Then again their's the experimental sexual element - men trying on women's clothing and undergarments, either for personal experimentation or at the suggestion/request of their girlfriends (or boyfriends maybe - not sure if gay men are into women's clothing...).
I had a girlfriend who wanted me to try on one of her thongs... and I have to admit, very comfortable - and got me great sex... so I suppose if a man is open to it - it probably happens more than you'd think.
As for bras - they don't generally fit men well - we usually don't have the material to fit them. Though I suppose (as I mentioned earlier) that overweight or extremely muscled men might have the filling required.

A guy can wear what he wants to. If he's OK with it that's all that matters. There are specialty shop Taylored just for that kind of taste.
