Your breasts don't fill up with milk until a few weeks after giving birth, your breasts do , however, create a fluid called colostrum while your pregnant which is what the baby eats the first few weeks of it's life. It's supposed to be extremely good for the babies immune system. From my experience they don't get engorged or leak or anything like that until after you start breastfeeding. Since your body only produces as much as the baby eats if there's no baby eating your breasts won't over produce and there should be no leaking. I've never had a problem with leaking while pregnant, only after I've started breastfeeding. So, if it's something your worried about I wouldn't worry too much. Good Luck with your pregnancy!

concur with previous answer, every one is different. I never leaked until after the baby was born and then never stopped leaking until I weaned him at 12months. I think the worst was around the 1-4months.
However any leaking before the baby is born will be nominal and probably won't start until close you due date. Personnally, I would see that as a good sign, especially if you are going to breast feed.

It can vary from woman to woman and from pregnancy to pregnancy but usually sometime in the last trimester... that's about all I can tell you. At this point it isn't actual breastmilk, it's the colostrum which is the nutrient and calorie-rich pre-milk that is SO good for newborns to consume. It contains lots of antibodies from mom and sustains the baby until your milk supply comes in, usually a day or 2 after the baby is born.

Your breast don't get finished with milk till AFTER your toddler is born, which will many times take approximately 2 days or so. yet throughout the time of being pregnant your breast get crammed with colostrum, this is somewhat thicker and yellow. you could tell via observing your bra. It did no longer take place to me till with reference to the 0.33 trimester (at approximately 8 months) and that's in comparison to its consistent the place you prefer a pad or something.
