What is your favorite small town or little known band and why?

not a lot of people know stone sour, the pink spiders, tree days grace, or new found glory. and those are all amazing bands. i luv their beats. and idk their just really good.

I don't know if they are "Little Known", but I think Local H deserves much more credit than what they get. Scott Lucas (vocal, guitars) is a very talented musician (not to take any thing away from the drummer, Brian St. Claire)...

Eurogliders Lone Justice Tom Tom Club (even though members of Talking Heads are in this band, a lot of people still don't know them) I just saw Will Hoge live, and he was really good.

They're from East LA. I love them because they play the music I listened to when I was a teenager, and listening to them today reminds me of those days when my friends and I would go out.
