My son attends a private college in Michigan. He's in his second year, and it costs $31,000 a year. Maybe you can get enough info from your question to decide what is low. Good luck!

In very special cases the government pick up the tab and the tuition is free, but the student has to proof low income and has to be a1 you can inquire with the department of education counselors..âº
