i shared a desk with someone and they'd complain each time i would put a chart down. i finally had enough and i verbally went off on her. had no more problems.

just tell them honestly..this is what works for me..maybe not in your eyes but i get it done this way...
but you have to be a good sport about it becuz you don't want to start any negativity...even though there may be some underneath already..

Ignore them and work harder to prove that you're a force to be reckoned with - that should shut them up real good=P
