My future daughter-in-law is tiny, and has a bad case of morning sickness. I was lucky, I never had it. I would love suggestions to help her through the next few weeks.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and has it bad but without vomitting. I stayed away from cokes and drank sprite and bottled water. I also ate crackers and ate fruit loops as soon as I got out of bed. I also found out that an apple and a glass of milk before bed time helps also. Good luck!

I too avoided morning sickness, but my friend is STILL battling with it and she's 5 months pregnant. I did some research and of course crackers, grahm crackers, milk, carbonated beverages with little syrup (7up, tonic water, ginger ale) are all good things to calm your stomach, but I also found something else that helped her.. They're called preggie pops... and I'm not sure what's in them, but they really seemed to help! Here's the link where I found them.. http://www.pregnancystore.com/preggie_pops.htm

Tell her to take crackers to bed with her and before she actually gets up, she needs to eat a couple before getting up. I preferred really dry things. Triscuits, chex mix, cereal. My morning sickness lasted all day so I ate a whole lot of triscuits!

*peel and section some oranges and freeze them to nibble on
* eat many small meals instead of a few larger ones
