I usually don't emulate stars but in Fergie's new video, her nails have domino designs and it looked really cool.
All you have to do is lay on black nail polish, let it dry and then look at some dominoes and imitate the dots.

french manicure but insted of white tips red ones.....and the ring finger and thumb put sparkels on them

brown with cream colored polka dots - but the dots should be different sizes to look retro cool
