make-up artists suggest you play up one or the other and not both. Also, the fuller the lips the lighter the lipstick shade should be or it should try to be similiar to your natural lip color. Darker lip sticks tend to make your lips look smaller. Remember Angelina Jolie wears light lipsticks, right?

I tend to notice peoples eyes before their lips. I don't wear makeup, so I can't really suggest any brands to you. But what I do know, is when doing your makeup, focus on either just the eyes, or just the lips. Never both at the same time. (So don't wear a dramatic, dark, smokey eye AND bright red lips, it will just end up looking too much).

While I know nothing about make up I do know about strengths and weaknesses.
If your lips are a nine make them the ten because if your eyes are a 5 the best you can possibly do is like a 7
It's the law of the lid, if you have less natural gifting in an area you can't really improve it that much

Women never seem to guess what a man likes best about her, that also varies on the man. If he isn't noticing anything above your neck then it doesn't matter. But the eyes are what arrests a man generally, at least you should want a man that looks you in the eye.

It depends on what you're going for. Pale color on your lips helps your eyes look bigger when you want to play them up (especially when you use black liner and mascara). Since you've got full lips, the pale color will look really nice.

You can do both, but not at the same time. Try playing up your best feature today and then tomorrow, it's about the eyes. =)

Try switching it around. Play up your eyes for a couple days, then switch to your lips. It'll keep your look fresh and new.
