Single barrel or double barrel manifold? You do not include enough info to give you the proper answer. S&S 79 cc olny denotes a custom cyl head depending on what compression piston jug combination you want to use and stock or not camshaft?

Not enough info, but I'll try.
I'm running a S&S 107 c.i. engine, and have a S&S shorty super G carb.
Super G is for over 100 c.i., super E is for 100 c.i. and under.
The E has better lower and midrange response, but the G will feed bigger inches.
