A regular "Wild" card can be played at any time and can be played on top of another wild card. A Wild Draw 4 card can only be played when the player has no other play in his hand. If they have a wild and a wild draw 4 they must play the wild card first. The wild draw 4 can be played on top of a wild if the player does not have the color card that the person called for.

play the wild card and the draw card when you want to!!!! i mean when i play i save a wild card to be my very last card so i win no matter what if i have uno!!! =)

A wild can go on anything even another wild. It doesn't depend on the wild as well.

If its the same player doing it in succession, because they get to keep going until a regular card is down.
