i have fl studio 6 also so using that how do i record a song?

use recording in dat.or use other sofware like sound recorder

Plug the microphone into your mic jack on your soundcard. You may need an adaptor if the mic jack is not 1\8in. Open the volume control and find the recording settings and make sure the mic input is selected. If the mic seems to quiet you'll need to run it through an amp first to boost the signal. I would suggest using the free program Audacity. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ When you open it, just click the circle which means "record" and it will record. You can save your creation as .wav or .mp3.
